Our Mission
Our goal is to teach children how to live a healthy life style, by opening their minds to new and healthy foods, and allowing them the opportunities to participate in activities. We want to alter their problem habits now, to prevent them from leading to worse conditions.

What your Child will Do

  • Each child will have the opportunity to try various sports and hobbies to help them find an activity they enjoy. 

  • The chance to build a healthy lunch using the division of the plate method and knew knowledge on eating healthy.

  • A class will be conducted on how to stretch and work the different muscles of the body.

Easy ways to add more activity to your Day

    1) Park as far back as you can at the parking lots when going anywhere.
    2) Move to the music when in your car: tap your foot, pat your hand, etc. Even singing to the music burns extra calories. 
    3) Always choose the stairs over an elevator. 
    4) Always be willing to stand up and answer the phone. 
    5) Wash the dish's by hand instead of using a dishwasher.
