I am 5'5"with
blonde hair and blue eyes. Growing up, I tried a variety of extracurricular activities, but unfortunately I found I was getting
a little too busy to fit them all in. So I gradually narrowed down my activities to the ones I enjoyed most. These include:
dance, tennis, pageants, singing, piano, guitar, and acting. I know it sounds a little crazy, but I do manage to fit
in lessons with each activity. I recently graduated from Faith Academy of Marble Falls, where I attended school from
the 7th Grade to 12 Grade. I loved Faith Academy because you can’t slack off and pass.We were only in class 3 days
a week (college prep), but every day I had outside of school i spent it on homework and independent studies. I am
now at Oklahoma City University studing Dance Performance and performing with the American Spirit Dance Company and Lutergical
Dance Team. I like to take charge of things and be a leader. For example, I am the founder of the C-A-R-E Kids program
(visit C-A-R-E Kids page for more information); My senior year I was elected Vice President of NHS of Faith Academy;
junior year I was vice-president for Faith Academy’s 4-H Club; I have been a dance teacher since I was 13; as well as
a paid choreographer since the age of 14; I train younger children for pageants and performances; I volunteer for Reach Out and Read program at Children's Health Center; I have volunteered
with the Llano Memorial Hospice and Marble Falls Community Theatre; and I was a member of Faith Academy's religious
leadership group, FLC in the 9th-11th grade.
I fell in love with competing and competitions at a young age.
So far I have collected over 200 trophies, metals, and plaques. I have about 10 tiaras and 8 crowns. I haven’t ever
been bored enough to count my ribbons and certificates, but there is a lot of those too! |

My
goals in life are close to endless, but I can begin by saying that I hope to do well this year at Oklahoma City University.
Not only have three past Miss Americas graduated from OCU (meaning it’s a great pageant school), but they provide us
students with many opportunities to perform. This school is known for and does a wonderful job of molding girls and boys to
make it in show biz. Not only am I learning to dance, but most of all, I am learning to have self discpline and give people
what they want. Ultimately, I hope someday my bright smile will wake you in the morning when you turn on that television
set to catch the latest news. I may have to start of small and behind the scenes at new stations, but I will get there. And
of Course...Dance! I do see Dance in my future beyond collage. I hope to own my own dance studio eventually. Or maybe even
just travel as a choreographer. I have already choreographed many numbers that have done well at competitions and for performances;
I always enjoy having an opportunity to show my creativity. I have even thought about broadway. New York is where I hope to
end up out of college, whether it is for broadway or a morning talk show doesnt concern me yet! I am just happy to be where
I am now and to have already conquered so much!

Here I am doing my Tap en Point to "Wizards of Winter"
at Miss Texas 2008. I received the Non-Finalist Talent Award!

My Champ Win!
This picture is from my winning game against a girl named Hannah at
my last champ tournament. With a rough finish in a tie breker, I won 12-10, and it led me to "champing" up.
