I am excited and proud to say I performed my first performance today as a dancer representing Oklahoma City University. The Liturgical dance team I am on performed at the Oklahoma City Regatta. The Regatta is a huge event in Oklahoma. People and schools come from all over for a Rowing Competition on Lake Hefner. I volunteered last night in a sales booth, and performed their early this morning. I admit at 8am this morning there was not a huge crowd, but it was very rewarding and a great experience. The wind was blowing and making the spiritual routine even more beautiful with a wonderful surrounding. Take a look at the pictures on my “Current Events” page. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Miss Ellis County 2009 will be crowned tonight. I am sorry I cannot make it, but am happy to know Jennifer will be there to pass on my title.
